Within this article you will learn how to use the Assessment Analysis to run data from any course on your system that has an assessment at the end.
The primary filters are set as a default dependant on which report you are accessing.
You will be able to select any number of the options available in the primary filters. To select all there is a button that allows you to do this.
The Display Type will give you options of Totals, Questions and Issues to get data on the selected Assessment.
Once you have chosen the filters you require - then select Run Report.
The data linked to these filters will then show in the table below.
When selecting a secondary filter from the drop down menu, a final filter column will appear on the right hand side to allow the secondary filter criteria to be selected.
Once you have selected the required filters, press 'Apply Filter' then the data will update in the table below.
Throughout filter changes, the reporting suite dashboard will be responsive to the data that is being reported. The different reports will have different dashboard visuals which are set as default.
Depending on the Display Type you select, the Dashboard will show different figures for 'open issues' but the 'top locations for issues' 'open issues by assessment' and Biggest Trend' will remain the same.
Top Locations For Issues and Open Issues by Assessment are interactive. You are able to hover over the charts to get a figure of how many have completed the assessment as a total.
What does Biggest Trend mean? This means that this is the most answered question in the assessment by users.
The Report Table
The headers on the table can be ordered when you click on the title of the column, if you hover over the working - it is clickable.
The Number Of Times Answer Given answers are also clickable.
If there is a figure in this column and you select this, and a new page will open for the 'WorkRite Assessment Information'
This will provide you with the end users name and the date of completion, along with the group they completed under. This can also be exported.
Saving the report
Once you have run a report you are happy with - you can then Save the report for future use. When you press the Save a new screen will load, you can then give this report a Name and Description. When you have saved the report, it will show up in the list of Your saved reports when you go back to the System Reports screen.
